Within the context of a sales challenge, a big telecommunication’s group wishes to value its best managers with an exceptional reward encouraging them to surpass themselves.

The top 100 managers of the year landed in Beijing for the first part of the trip to discover traditional China. The programme included a visit to the Great Wall, going up in a cable car and an amazing descent in rail sledge, and the must do visit to the Forbidden City, in addition to pedicab outings to temples and some of the city’s neighbourhoods. These 100 guests also had a traditional massage session and the tasting of surprising local specialties.
The second part of the trip was a trip to Shanghai and the other face of China. Alternate visits and entertainment for a memorable stopover in this jewel of modern China: discovery of the Yu Mandarin Garden, boat trip to discover a water village and fish-spa treatment experience, Era acrobatics show, introduction to tea tasting, tai chi classes and a visit to an old French sidecar dealership.
Finally, before ending this exceptional stay and reaching the airport, the participants went on an exceptional night cruise on the Huangpu river that crosses the city.
Goal reached, with 100% satisfaction from participants following the evaluation questionnaire, a result never obtained in the history of client incentives! A very friendly atmosphere and a perfect organisation were observed to discover these two faces of China.
